Experienced Communications Support With a Practical Point of View

Vision 5 Solutions was created to help businesses and organizations communicate more clearly, align their messages, and build practical communications support without unnecessary complexity or overhead.

Many organizations reach a point where growth begins to outpace communication. Sales materials, leadership messages, customer communication, internal updates, launch plans, and website content all need to work together.

Vision 5 Solutions helps bring structure, clarity, and practical support to those moments.

Founder Profile

Built on Real-World Experience

Vision 5 Solutions is led by Ralph Folkerts, a marketing and communications professional with practical experience supporting strategic communications, marketing communications, leadership messaging, employee engagement, customer-facing initiatives, events, and stakeholder communication across complex business environments.

Ralph's background includes communications and marketing support connected to aerospace, defense, industrial machinery, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, community outreach, and business development efforts. His experience includes work connected to organizations and efforts such as Raytheon, Caterpillar, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and nonprofit activities — organizations and efforts that helped shape the real-world foundation behind Vision 5 Solutions.

His approach is straightforward: listen first, understand the audience, clarify the message, align the communication, and create useful content people can understand, trust, and act on.

A Practical Edge

A career that did not come from a straight-line path

Before and alongside corporate communications, I learned how to read people, pressure, timing, risk, and the room in very different environments. That includes experience in service businesses, operations, real estate, design, community work, and even the kind of edge that comes from time around pool rooms where reading the situation mattered.

That perspective helps me listen carefully, ask better questions, spot disconnects, and shape communication that fits the audience — not just the organization's internal view of itself.

My Approach

Communication does not need to be inflated to be effective

Most of the time, it needs to be clearer, better organized, and more useful.

My approach is practical: listen first, understand the business need, clarify the audience, shape the message, and create communication that helps people know what matters and what to do next.

The work may involve strategy, messaging, content, leadership support, internal communication, customer communication, Go-to-Market support, launch planning, or change communication. But the goal is always the same: make the message easier to understand, trust, and act on.

Start the Conversation

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Maybe the message is not as clear as it needs to be. Maybe the business is growing and communication is becoming harder to manage. Maybe you are preparing for a launch, campaign, or Go-to-Market effort. Maybe you are deciding whether to create a full-time communications role or start with flexible outside support. That is a good place to start.
